A prepayment of 15% of the room rate is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation policy and refund of prepayment: if you cancel your reservation more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled date of your arrival, the payment will be refunded in full, minus 10% of the cashless payment amount to your current account (card) in UAH. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 calendar days in advance, the hotel will not refund the prepayment, but this amount can be used as a deposit for other bookings.
If the guest leaves the complex before the end of the paid stay for reasons beyond the scope of the complex that are not related to the quality of services provided, the funds will not be refunded to them. An exception may be the presence of a valid reason and sudden personal circumstances (accident, urgent hospitalization, sudden illness or death of loved ones, other force majeure personal circumstances). In such cases, funds for unused nights and services can be refunded, minus the cost of one night's stay (and meals) at the guest's booking rate.
